In an interview with our correspondent, Vasily Agapov spoke about his work. It was here that you lived the largest, so to speak, the exhausted period of your life.

Do not regret that the last ten years of life have you given to this particular place on Earth? I know here every corner, every employee. You need to know about everyone who is capable of what. I recall the time when I came here. We have three cardiological departments. In total, beds. At the same time, there was no way to watch the daily work of the heart. There was an old ultrasonic scanner of 9 years ago, with which we suffered.

The presented “shark” with a meager black and white sensor without a cardioversion, that is, it was impossible to do echocardiography. Here with such a unimportant economy I had to start work. There was a separation of anesthesiology and resuscitation for 12 beds, in which mainly patients with strokes and heart attacks lay, and there was nowhere to put patients after a planned operation.

Now we have a second intensive care unit and intensive therapy, and we discovered the third department only for cardiac surgery. Now the center of cardiovascular surgery for 75 beds has appeared. Over the past year, surgery with artificial blood circulation was performed, this year such operations, I think, will already have a wonderful working team. Almost daily, our cardiac surgeons do two operations.

Other diagnostic capabilities appeared, a lot of ultrasound technology, five echocardiographs. Recently changed a computer tomograph. On the old, the study procedure lasted 35-40 minutes, the new copes in 17 seconds, gives a good three -dimensional image. In the work of the hospital, there are more than enough such cases! Please tell us about it. They sent a reanimobile, directly “from the wheels” made tomography to the patient.

Our neurosurgeon is beautiful. He immediately operated on it, and got an excellent result. We helped a person quickly and efficiently, as it should be in modern medicine. I think this is a very indicative example. I am used to operational work, and I am interested in the issues of the organization of medicine. Indeed, even in the center of Russia, in Moscow and the Moscow region, and not somewhere on the outskirts, the most common situation: an ambulance takes a person, for example with a stroke, and carries him to the district hospital, where there is no tomograph.

It's pointless! It is necessary to take to the profile equipment. Each district hospital wants to have its own tomograph. But the equipment should work around the clock, with full dedication, the service itself should be loaded to the fullest around the clock. A person must help a person on time! I remember another case. The patient had a pre -infarction condition.

We immediately, at five in the morning, on Saturday, made him angiography, discovered acute coronary syndrome, the heart attack has not yet developed.

Vascular surgeons removed thrombiks from blood vessels, put five stents, and six days later they transferred it to rehabilitation. What do you advise? There are important and elite centers in Russian medicine, and there is no proper organization of the case everywhere. The budget is now good, decent salaries in a more or less sufficient amount. In the year, the budget of the hospital amounted to 49.9 million rubles.

The budget of last year is 1 billion million, this year we plan to reach 1.5 billion. We make good money for paid services. The main thing is in another: it doesn’t matter for us whether a paid patient or free. First of all, there should be a strong base, the base. Our doctor receives on average 40-50 thousand rubles and above. In my opinion, this is not bad.

And we are always looking for an opportunity to support a person. Suppose a nurse came from the college and receives 15 thousand rubles, she is just starting her way in the profession. It is necessary to interest a person, help get used to a new place. We set her an additional payment of 5 thousand. Operating sisters with experience we receive up to 35 thousand rubles.

What other specialties are you well developed? Last year, we transplanted 14 kidneys. Foreigners willingly go to us. In the best years, there were 45-50 of them, and in general, the number of transplanted kidneys per year has approached us a good department of coloproctology, where more oncological patients per year are operated on. What would you like to implement? Create worthy conditions for everyone.

The federal agency went to meet us, plus our funds. For these common money, we are now making a full reconstruction of the opper block, two resuscitation departments, we reconstruct the entire ventilation system, all laboratories. There is an installation of the second magnetic resonance tomograph. Over the years, we have a good thoracic surgery, neurosurgery. I also want to make a small department of traumatology and orthopedics.

There were periods in life when you did not stand at the operating table? Agapov worked in the Ministry of Health in these years, was in diplomatic work. But the doctor defeated the official and diplomat in him.This was always the case: Agapov is a surgeon, a needlework, a miracle worker. But when he came here, circumstances returned me to the operating room.

Colleagues say "hand is light," but I think this is all with God's help. Now I’m operating almost daily, and I work with pleasure, there are my areas - stomach, esophagus, stomach, chest, gynecology, and much more, where a comprehensive approach is needed. The main thing for the leader is to be able to work with the team. And you also have to be prepared for work day and night, in any circumstances.
