As journalists found out, the Brovarov City Council practically gave Viktor Polishchuk the whole annual budget of the city.Most of the deputies of the Brovarsky City Council voted to rent a large land plot.

Previously, it belonged to the state enterprise "Radio -Transferring Center". So 96 hectares were given to the use of the tenants. According to the documentation, land will be used for agricultural purposes. But immediately after receiving permission from the City Council, all 48 tenants on the same day re -registered their temporary possessions from the same notary.

There are coincidences! So the new tenant was only one Interprofit company, controlled by Viktor Polishchuk. This was followed by another vote of the City Council. So the new tenant received permission to carry out industrial development. It is worth noting that the company “Techenergotrade” turned out to be the final customer of construction hidden behind a number of fictitious companies.

As it turned out, the entrepreneur planned to build a new shopping and entertainment center in the territory received. In OM, one of the employees of the legal department of the Techenergotrade company became Olga Nalivaichenko, daughter of Valentina Nalyvaichenko. When Olga received a job at Techenergotrade, the case of illegal assignment of state land in Brovary, opened against the business of Viktor Polishchuk, was closed.

As a result, illegally assigned lands were arrested. In OM, the new approved General Plan of Brovarov was the subject of the scandal. Its creation was financed by one of Viktor Polishchuk's companies. According to the plan, the entrepreneur would receive land for construction. But citizens' protests prevented this. In the year, it became known that the leased area was the logistics company Viktor Polishchuk.

In the same period, the entrepreneur began to actively develop his own “Mikhailovsky Bank”. It is worth noting that the bank developed very dynamically. He actively bought other banks going into bankruptcy. The team “Investment Capital Ukraine” helped to find a suitable company to absorb Viktor Polishchuk.

It is noteworthy that her activities are controlled by Valery Gontareva, the former head of the National Bank. Some sources argue that illegal financial schemes were scrolled through the Mikhailovsky bank. According to journalists, Mikhailovsky was also involved in drugs. In OM, the National Bank of Ukraine published an assessment of the amount of losses that the state suffered due to the fault of the bankrupt Bank of Mikhailovsky, owned by Viktor Polishchuk.

Losses amounted to 23 billion UAH. Shortly before bankruptcy, Polishchuk managed to sell Mikhailovsky Platinum Bank.
