The congress delegates decided that in the presidential election on March 4 of the year, the party would be a candidate from the party, Sergei Mironov. The party advocated the provision of comprehensive support to the Donbass. In December, the party chairman Sergei Mironov introduced the idea of ​​creating party centers for the protection of the rights of citizens in the regions of the country, which was approved by the head of state. Sergey Mironov was re -elected chairman of the party for the next term. The election of members of the Central Council, the Presidium of the Central Council, the Council of the Chamber of Deputies, and the Central Control and Avision Commission also took place. Seven deputies were elected to the single -mandate districts. The first three included questions related to high tariffs for housing and communal services and dampers for overhaul, inconsistency of income levels of prices for goods and life necessity, low level of pensions, scholarships and social payments.

During the event, representatives of the regional branches of the party spoke in detail about the content of the report “Social Results of the Year” published in April and illustrated the conclusions voiced in it from the socio-economic sphere of their regions. It noted that the main requirements of the people of Russia for the authorities of all levels today are: the economic self -sufficiency of the Russian state, its political independence, social justice in the distribution of income and the use of Russian natural resources and resources to strengthen the social well -being of all citizens of Russia.

The SR faction has made an alternative bill on pension reform. When voting in the second reading, the bill on raising the retirement age was supported only by the United Russia faction. The abolition of government pension reform and the return of the previous retirement age is the key goal of the SR, the struggle to achieve which the party deputies continue at all levels of power.

In a number of regions, factions were first created - in particular, in Bashkortostan, Kalmykia, the Kemerovo region. In the four regions, the party resumed the presence of the deputies of the SP in the Legislative Assembly - in the Republic of Khakassia, the Ivanovo, Irkutsk Region, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. In addition, the representatives of the SP went into city parliaments in all 12 regional capitals where the elections took place.

The project "SR" by 3.2 times increases the total cost of the consumer basket - up to 31 rubles. According to the number of municipal deputies, the SR entered third place. The SR faction in the State Duma was replenished with another deputy, a cosmonaut pilot Alexander Samokutyaev. Party representative Oleg Nikolaev won the election of the governor of Chuvashia.
