I can say that just a few years ago we still had, now - the numbers are much more serious. At the same time, almost half of the cargo turnover fell on the sea direction. In this regard, how did you have to rebuild the port’s work and how many people were additionally attracted? Therefore, in the year we simply continued the development of the technological capabilities of the port.
These are new mechanisms and new sites. And of course, the reception of people. We have accepted the order of a man. They built a comfortable hostel, the so -called temporary residential complex, put mobile dining rooms for them. In general, they created all the conditions in order to fulfill all production plans. That is, all goods were timely unloaded, declared, taken into account and then sent to consumers to construction sites and warehouses in the necessary time.
This allowed the builders to work very rhythmically, realizing that deliveries would be guaranteed. At the same time, they continued the implementation of programs to update equipment and equipment, to teach people, to create comfortable conditions for their work. Of particular pride is the implementation of a number of projects under the program “Make careful”. We look not only towards the production sites, but also towards people, paying attention to how they spend their leisure time, whether they have the opportunity to fully relax and play sports.
I note that, by circulation of workers, we bought four new buses for comfortable transportation of people to Norilsk. It is no secret that Norilsk is a city with a richer infrastructure. People want to go for shopping, our athletes and kavaenchiki often go to competitions, and just families want to leave. Two buses are already successfully functioning, and two will soon arrive.
A very important point is that in the year we launched mobile canteens. It was very problematic to organize food - we did not have the corresponding capacities. We managed to solve this problem. And at the end of the year, we bought a large dining room in the place, which will be mounted, launched, and we will be able to provide all employees with the nutrition. I cannot but note the discovery of the corporate medical center last year.
People are actively using it - very grateful and very satisfied, because specialized specialists who are not enough in the territory come, the physiotherapy cabinet works. We also launched a number of premises under the “Care” program, which is aimed at improving the socio-human working conditions of our people. And we are now conducting a number of projects that will be implemented in the year, including the project of equipment of the second sports gym.
The request from the teams is very high. I want to say separately on equipment - we are now preparing two serious programs. One of them is called “capitalized repairs” of 15 portal cranes. Its essence is to update the equipment whose metal structures are able to work for about ten years. New cabs, new modern electronics are placed on these cranes. Cranes undergo complete anti -corrosion treatment.
And thus we have been prolonging life for another 8-12 years. This is a very good story from the point of view and efficiency of work and from the point of view of the speed of obtaining a practically new technique. We are also now preparing a very serious modernization program, according to which we provide for three to five years the purchase of equipment that allows minimizing the work of people at altitude.
This is considered to work with increased danger, and we try to exclude them. The subject of special pride of the year for us is the further development of the production system, which has been working in the polar transport branch for many years. In the year, our port was the first in Russia to receive a certificate of compliance with the state standard of lean production. Of course, this cannot but be proud of.
We do not stop only on such certificates. The port also in the year passed a voluntary audit on the methodology of Toyota for compliance with lean production standards. And the first time we received very high marks. And about half of all employees are already involved in this movement. Another pride - a tool, the so -called Kaizen, we call it a “step forward”, when people every day produce small improvements at their workplaces and share these improvements with their comrades.
Our movement has already become stable. We summarize the intermediate results on a weekly basis. A very interesting story. What hopes are you in this direction? Are you planning to open some other directions? And, you know, the competition was like a good institute.We have a wonderful younger generation that connects its life with a city -forming enterprise. And the guys really wanted to go there.
I was with them several times and impressed by the desire of young people to connect their lives with the port. And of course, we are very proud that we were able to organize the purchase for the college of three virtual simulators. These are ultra -modern simulators who imitate the work of the driver of the portal crane, the driver of the mobile crane and the driver of the Richtraker, that is, the driver of the heavy loader.
Children very quickly master the specialty, get skills without leaving the class. Due to the fact that these are young people 15, 16, 17 years old, by law we have no right to allow them to production sites. And virtual simulators give them practical skills without leaving the college. And I can say that students really like it. Now we are working to open another specialty-“Docker Mechanizer”.
This is a difficult specialty. Obtaining the qualifications of mechanical dockers requires the presence of five specialties. This is a crane driver, a loader driver, a coastal sailor, an electrician and a sling. In Soviet times, the preparation of such a specialist took up to five years. Now we have significantly reduced the preparation time to a little less than a year. And the opening of this specialty in college will allow us to allow us to quickly, better prepare a specialist for work at a particular enterprise, in fact from the school bench.
Never need results through violation of the requirements of promotion and labor protection. And this priority will not cease to be the most important when organizing work. If we talk about the main production activity, then here the priority for us is the timely processing of all the vessels that come to us, and the quick sending to the end consumers of all goods.
How many equipment has already arrived and how much more do you expect? We have already received six new portal cranes under this program, which is important, Russian production. And we expect another entry this year. At the same time, we have already gathered two taps, launched and are preparing to introduce them to Rostekhnadzor. What technique and in what quantity was purchased in the year and is the supply expected to m?
Because the technologies do not stand still, and it is necessary to notice them in a timely manner and update the equipment. Last year was no exception. We combined more than 50-55 units of complex equipment, equipment in the port. And now it is necessary to put it all into operation, remove the old equipment, somewhere to learn people, in general, make this equipment become useful and effective.
As for plans for the current year, they are also very serious. They will affect the mooring wall, and equipment, and equipment. Therefore, I will not talk about all the numbers now, but we have about 30 units to be put into operation.
This is also a big, serious task. In the year, they planned to go to the stage of purchasing materials for the serious reconstruction of the mooring wall. How does work move in this direction and what will be done in the year? By the end of April, we will receive a complete set of documentation for the reconstruction of two sea berths. It must be understood that the sea pier is a complex hydraulic structure, especially working in the conditions of annual flooding during ice drift.
In this construction, increased requirements are imposed. Now there is a completion of public hearings, and the entire package of documents will come to the next stage. In the first half of the year, the company plans to carry out tender procedures, choose a contractor and begin the purchase of materials. We will use the modern technology for the construction of berths. In fact, this will be a new wall using Truboshpunt's technology.
