To be honest, I don’t remember how it ended. But I remember the impression of myself in the first fights. I then worked as a manager in a large company and, when communicating with the participants, found out that I was scaring people! I decided to change so that there was no “intimidation” effect. I bought a lace blouse, but did not help. As a result, at the next training, they told me that I was "a tank in the glass." The change is not external, but the internal took more time.
This cannot be compared with the change of wardrobe. When and how did the social technology club appear? Ten years ago. Then they still have not come up with analogues in Russia. Initially, the plan was easier. I worked as a coach in a Moscow company, came to Irkutsk, and I was asked to organize managerial fights.
But then there was not enough systematicity. Therefore, she collected the group, took up her training closely. I developed a program for five years, everything is like at the university. Then she reduced to three - this format was more convenient. Now the eleventh stream! What does the graduate get after training? Firstly, a rebuilt picture of the world. Secondly, it becomes a specialist in the art of managerial struggle.
Somehow Vladimir Tarasov said: "The whole movement in the managerial sphere depends on the struggle." A person either fights competitors, or fights for power, or enters into battle with something else. And this is always art. Why did the club choose a club, not the university? The club most accurately reflects the idea of its creation. We have a special approach to obtaining knowledge.
Not only me, but also students can teach each other something, there is more feedback. The club, in my opinion, is more productive. Do you know professional burnout? It happens. You need to periodically gather strength. To do this, just be in theispery days. To go to the sea or to Torzhok. I love this city very much for architecture, nature, and in general for beauty. In fact, I can "light" myself in many ways.

The unknown was scared of many, and it was necessary to react to all this to somehow adequately.
It was hard, I do not argue. But we coped and found something new for ourselves. Is your family involved in the educational process? It’s impossible to be with me and not to join the affairs of the club a priori. There are projects, championships, and friends, relatives, acquaintances usually come to see them. But I do not force anyone to this. In communication with loved ones, get out of the role of a mentor?
Yes, I drop the teacher's mask. At one time there was a problem - she loved to give advice both when they asked, and when not. Somehow burned, stopped teaching everyone to live. Now I can do this only when a person really needs my advice and he is a darling in help. How do you manage to do everything? And who says that I am doing everything? It seems only from the outside.
And so much I want to cover! By the way, one of the important parameters of productive work for me is inspiration. If for some reason the group does not inspire, I feel that something is wrong, I have to correct it. I bring the participants to the state when they begin to radiate this inspiration. Otherwise, the interaction will not work. This is just about the fact that "you want to change the world - start with yourself." I teach, I can’t not teach people what to do in a clash with a problem.
Is there any educational courses for de tei and adolescents? Only episodically we turn to them so far. The fact that the child needs to study English, physics is understandable to everyone. And the need for the art of managing parents still needs to be convinced, it is not so simple. Again, there is a question about the interest and expediency of the project, about the availability of a customer for this work.
Is there a dream project that you want to realize? Even a few! Try to help boys and girls who tend to get involved in adventures. I also dream of creating a business camp for different age categories.To build a program of classes so that adults play with children, interact, learn to agree with each other. That would be great!
