If a person turns for help, it must be provided, no matter what. No wonder they say that the district police officer works 24 hours a day. This is really that I know from my own practice. There was no stationary phone in the apartment where my family lived at first, and people, when they had something happened, came to our house.

And it doesn’t matter if you are on vacation, on sick leave, on a day off or just returned from work - should help a person himself or ask his colleagues assistance. In the latter case, it is important not to forget to call the applicant later and clarify whether we figured out his question and whether he was fine. And then people will believe you.

You have no idea what emotions you experience when you see and understand that your preventive work has borne fruit! The activity of the district police officer does not tolerate dryness. To come to the call, perform the necessary administrative procedures, draw up a protocol and say goodbye - this cannot and should not be. If in some family a trouble is in trouble, you take control of the situation, regularly visit this house, you are talking with a traffic violator, explain, warn.

The district police officer is an inexhaustible source of information for representatives of other services, because it is he who is constantly in touch with the population. I remember how the criminal investigators addressed me with questions about a particular local resident.

For me, a young employee, it was an honor to be useful to colleagues much older and more experienced. I have already said that this service was not easy and previously among the police were considered not entirely image. But in fact, not everyone will be able to work as a district police officer. On the territory of service, he is also a detective and an operative of BEP. In a word, the load is huge.

All this has become a good school for me and now helps as the Minister of the Interior. And it was at that time that I had a real officer friendship, which is now over 20 years old. We communicate and support each other, not paying attention to positions and titles. The situations were different, in the microdistrict, I recall, there were many previously convicted.

Threats came to us, our families. And there were practically no services that ensured the security of employees at that time. Therefore, on their own, they carried out a massive preventive development of the problem administrative site, calling for the order of violators of the law. Corporate content, cohesion have always been for us not just words. I am proud that I began my police path in this service.

I am grateful to her! The main problem in small settlements is a significant length of the service area. At the same time, the district police officer is the first assistant to local authorities, the Council of Deputies, the heads of agro -industrial enterprises.The door to his house does not close, people treat their problems at any time of the day. And we create all the conditions for work, safety to employees.

For the maximum operational response to citizens' statements and the slightest changes in the operational situation, it is permitted so that the employee constantly has a service car at hand. It is also allowed to store table weapons at home. In city plots, there are a large number of population, people are all different. Without the very corporate partyness that I spoke about, nothing will work out.

In my time, the district police officer did not have service transport. And if, for example, one of us needed to be taken to a medical examination of the candidate for referral to the LTP, colleagues with personal cars came to help. In general, the load in the city and in the village is more or less uniform, but everywhere there are nuances. And if you ask the rural district police officer, he would like to serve in the city, he will answer that it will remain better in the village.

He will refuse to radically change something and his city colleague, especially having worked for many years. By the way, there are more than 80 district police officers in the republic, dedicated to this path for more than 20 years. Such people deserve great respect. But over time, more and more women came to it. How do you evaluate such a trend? But at the same time, you need to understand: physical training for a district police officer of any gender should be at a high level.

Yes, we try to have always been a male colleague at a family-household scandal near the family scandal-he will insure, and if necessary, helped. As a rule, girls find a common language faster with participants in the conflict, especially with women. Not everyone will be able to work as a district police officer, but many of the fair sex who still chose such a profession, it turns out excellent.

What would you, as the head of the department, say to those who see their loved ones every day? Waiting for a husband, son from service is very difficult. We do not know what is happening outside the door when you come to a regular family scandal. Unfortunately, there are examples when the district inspector died, performing his official duties. The employee does not have a clearly marked time and end of the working day.

And what is happening in the soul of a woman who is waiting for a native person and worries for him every minute, only she knows. The internal affairs bodies, our veteran organization, developed a medal “The wife of a police officer”. It is awarded to those who are next to the spouse in uniform for 20 years or more. Many thanks to the loved ones of the police. I always said and I will say: the family really serves together.

Without the support and understanding of relatives, nothing will work. We know and appreciate it. They are closest to the population, they are known and respected by citizens of the country.
