Although on the record and in her decryption in the case she sounds different: "They had to be killed in general, if it went to that, well, that this had not happened yet." The conversational turnover did not mean any action, and who, and why could Dilmukhametov “call” in the police department the day after the incident?

The organization was recognized as a terrorist decision of the Supreme Court of the year, its activities in Russia are prohibited, Dilmukhametov also indicates this, urging young compatriots not to join the Hizb Ut-Tahrir, “since you will be imprisoned, but there will be no benefit from this.” However, he also argues that the ban on Hizb Ut-Tahrir is imposed without grounds, since it is not known about any terrorist acts in the Russian Federation with the participation of this organization.

Finally, the fifth episode is associated with the “financing of terrorism” h. The accusation is that Dilmukhametov attached the bank card data, as indicated in one of the investigation documents, “Agilyash D” ... Ayrat and the “pioneers” of the event arranged by the “Bashkort” activists of all these accusations from a legal point of view are complete nonsense. We will not let ourselves be confused with “examinations”, which, at the request of the Federal Security Service, earning well, earning a good time with threatening paper volumes, these conclusions are easily compiled by copypast, researchers of Bashkir pedagogical university write.

We will lead this out by brackets: according to the law, examination is appointed in cases requiring special knowledge, for example, in ballistics, and in the Dilmukhametov case there is nothing but texts that are fully understood without any special education. Perhaps, in the Maidan newspaper and the early books that Dilmukhametov’s friends did not give me to me, he was brought “on national soil” as, however, this often happens with Russian nationalists, but in the last texts there is no “extremism”.

Everyone with whom I spoke about Airat, they note that recently he has significantly softened the tone, was ready to cooperate with the White House, and after the surveillance, "was imbued with European ideas for the priority of human rights." I did not notice the shades of Nazism and in the statements of members of the “Bashkort” - educated and educated young people who are not similar to rocking gangs.

He allowed Elmir Mukhametyanov, the Bashkort activist, he allowed to name his name, since he still said under the sight of the Federal Penitentiary Service how he broke through the World Kurultay Bashkirs last year. On Kurultai, who, in his opinion, is rather a show of show, delegates are nominated on the gatherings - “Yiyyn”, and for whom to vote is usually determined by the district administration.

Having waited for the end of the duty unit, when it was discussed why there was no name for road signs in Bashkir, Elmir, as in another district, the former Bashkort leader Fail Alchinov asked the floor and began to talk about drunkenness and distribution of land lease, when the best plots go to incomprehensible agricultural holdings, possibly for bribes.

The result was the election of Elmir, Faily and ten more members of the Bashkort with the delegates of Kurultay, who took place in the recently built by one of the best congress halls of Ufa. Elmir and Fail were not without difficulty through the cordons, but they were not allowed to speak out: the guards brought both, at the exit they were put in a “funnel” and taken to the police department, where Elmira was fined “for hooliganism and abuse”.

The rest, under various pretexts, were eliminated even earlier: their topics are taboo. Dilmukhametov managed to quarrel with the “Bashkort”, calling them “pioneers”. From their point of view, he himself is rather a nerd from the past, aorist, and practical actions are needed. But in the “Bashkort” he is still respected as a fighter and an intellectual, and the prison dates create Ayrat a halo of a martyr for the idea and interests of the Bashkir people.

And what, is it undeservedly? Elmir browing somewhat, realizing that soon, when Bashkurt will be recognized as an “extremist organization”, he will have aerat’s path, but does not really imagine it for himself. Expertise specialists will have enough work, but hardly anyone here is thinking about what these completely unlucky young people will leave the colonies a few years later. And how many of them, conducting such a “policy”, will have to be planted.

And what will come of it in the end.

All affairs against Dilmukhametov aroused the Federal Security Service, and the security forces do not obey the head of the republic, and the role of the leadership of the Republic of Belarus remains incomprehensible. No one knows where in such cases there is a “floating” decision center. Going on a business trip to Ufa along the line of reference for solidity, I hoped that if not the head, at least one of his deputies would meet with me.

This would allow Radia Khabirov to speak out quite neutrally, but to help the former comrade - if not all, then at least part of the accusations, perhaps, could be cut off. “Calls to extremist actions” are especially dangerous here - this article is jurisd with a military court, and the process on this basis may take place outside of Bashkortostan. Despite the petition of the head of the HRC, I was politely accepted, but only at the level of one of the officials of the apparatus of the head of the republic.

He handed over the “opinion of the leadership”: “Whatever we say, it can be perceived as pressure on the court.” But in court in such cases it is necessary to crush - of course, not covertly with hardware, but publicly with the help of public opinion: this is a policy. The answer of the head of the Republic of Belarus, meanwhile, illustrates the thought of Dilmukhametov: the power in the republic is actually not in the republic, but where - no one can definitely know this.

And this is the worst that you can imagine from the point of view of public policy.
