Biography Anna Herman
St. Petersburg 2nd Krasnoarmeyskaya St. When the “echo of love” sounded, “when the gardens bloomed” or the legendary “hope”, the audience in the hall froze, listening to her unique voice. She performed compositions in Italian, German, Polish, Russian. Singing was the meaning of her difficult and such a short life. Anna Herman died of sarcoma at the peak of her glory - at 46 years old.
A year later, she had a younger brother Frederick. At that time, her parents lived in the Uzbek town of Urgenche. Irma, half Dutch, half a German, worked as a German language teacher. Anna German with her parents and grandmother Eugene, ethnic German, was an accountant. In the year, he and the brother of Irmar Wilmar on false denunciation, he was accused of espionage. Eugene was convicted and shot in Tashkent.
For a long time, Irma was looking for him, hoping that the verdict “ten years without the right to correspondence” would allow her to see her husband. Only later she found out that these words mean execution. Herman was rehabilitated by twenty years later. In childhood, Anna German, as if pursued their family - Little Frederick died from Scarlatina in a year. After the funeral, my mother and Anna and her grandmother first moved to the Kemerovo region, where she tried to find her brother in the year, he died in the camps, after - to the Kyrgyz village of Orlovka, then to the Kazakhstani Jambul.
There, Anya went to school, where she studied for three years. Much later, in one of her books, the singer wrote: we lived in such a terrible need that I decided to steal reeds from the collective farm field for heating the cold room in which we lived. Mom then baked cakes from bran. I managed to exchange the supply of notebooks - the paper was a scarce product - for clothes.
Then the military overcoat became my coat. In the year, Irma met the officer of the Polish army by Herman Gerner, who soon married. And he went to the front, from where the notice came: Herman was missing. After the end of the war, she, being the Pole’s wife, submitted documents for repatriation by changing her husband’s name from Herner, as noted later, so that the Soviet intelligence officers would not find her in the lists of emigrants, and in March the whole family went to Poland.
Irma recalled: on the border, on the side of Sovetskaya, she heard in the end: “You will still find out that it is not so good there.” And I was silent and knew mine: now we are free. They never found her husband’s relatives, as a result, they settled in Wroclaw, where Irma began to teach languages again, and Anna went to school. The girl studied well, mastered, in addition to German and Polish, also English and Italian.
In principle, she had a tendency to languages: during her life in the Union of the house they talked in the South German dialect, but after moving to Poland she was forbidden to speak German - and Anna spoke without an emphasis in pure Russian. The melodic Italian was loved by itself, and the English girl studied on the recommendations of her mother.
In school years, Anna Herman mocked her at school: she greatly overtook her peers, was awkward and angular, mowed on her right eye, lived in a tiny room and wore the same dress from which she rapidly grew. However, subsequently the squint passed by itself, quietly for herself, Anna became a stately high beauty. In high school, she began to torment the question of who to be next.
Anna painted well and at the end of the Boleslav Krivostoy Lyceum took her drawings on notebook sheets to the Vrotzlav Higher School of Fine Arts for the Department of Painting. Mom took her to go there. The woman believed that her daughters need to get a more “real” profession that could feed her. Herman wanted to sing, she did not consider herself a fashion model for Italian designers, but was happy only when she performed in front of the audience.
A creative duet with Domenico Moduno considered a special success. On the Italian road for Forli-Milan, the car, in which she rode along with the impresario, crashed into a concrete plate of fences with such force that the singer was thrown into thickets on the sidelines.
Renato Serio fell asleep at the wheel. At first, the ambulance took him only, Anna was not found immediately. Later with multiple fractures and damage, she was taken to the hospital. After the accident, Anna Herman was 2 years old for more than a week, the girl was unconscious, she spent six months motionless in gypsum. Song of the year. For some reason, he decided that in the film a song should sound in my performance.
Robert Rozhdestvensky and Evgeny Ptichkin supported him, and text and music were quickly written. Both are just amazing. Seeing the clavier and the text, I didn’t even think, but grabbed, as Russians say, with both hands. It is impossible not to sing! Remembering the recording of the song, Evgeny Matveev said that the composition was recorded the first time under the quiet crying of almost all those present, the performance of Anna was so soulful and touching.

His name was Zbignnev Tukholsky. There was time before the departure of the train, and the man decided to swim in the pool. In order not to take clothes to the locker room, he asked for a beautiful young blonde to look after her, not suspecting that very soon this girl would become famous throughout the country. Anna German and Zbignnev Tukholsky later began to correspond, and when Herman came to Warsaw with a concert, Zbignnev introduced the “student of the Faculty of Geological Faculty” to his parents and sister, who studied at the conservatory.
Anna sat down at the piano and sang several Italian songs, which made a stunning impression on everyone. Anna Herman and her husband and son several times Tukholsky invited her to get married, but Herman was in no hurry to get married. Only after the misfortune happened to her, and Zbyshki was all the time nearby, helping her to stand on her feet, did the singer accept his proposal.
In the year, they played a modest wedding in Zakopan, and in the year their only son, whom Anna named after his father, Zbignev, was born. A guest of Anna Herman, the birth of her son was a kind of miracle, since doctors categorically did not recommend summer German to give birth, fearing the consequences due to her injuries. But the woman really wanted to give her husband a child and dared to take out and give birth to a healthy boy.
Now Zbignnev Jr. lives with his father, is engaged in scientific activity. Death and memory when doctors diagnosed Anna German Cancer of Kostya, she experienced a deepest emotional shock.
