These were very talented guys, many of whom are now successfully developing their private career as stand-up comics, as artists of the pop genre and as presenters.

How did these people surprise you? Is it hard to work with the stars? And can the producer afford to work with them, as with classic subordinates, to indicate them to their mistakes? Of course, everything is individual in working with the stars. It all depends on the context, on time, on the point in the career in which it is located. The creative process is the process of mutual learning.

I was amazed at the disability and perfectionism of Maxim Galkin. I was just delighted with Lyudmila Markovna Gurchenko. And who was not? Just touch this person, sit nearby, chat was a big gift. I saw how she relates to work, how unattainable the level of her working ethics is. Ivan Urgant had a huge impact on me as an author. With your original humor, your view of things, attitude to the audience.

He is a representative of the acting dynasty, he was from another cultural environment and taught me a lot. For example, the fact that in a joke is more important than the subtext, that irony should be thin, some kind of intuitive things, which also affect the viewer, and also create an unique image to the artist. I really liked working with Dmitry Nagiyev. He is a very technical artist who copes with any task.

Improves the quality of the material that you bring. How did the country accept you? How do you like the representative of this new “pumpkin aliya”? Where to go? We did not dismiss. Not the worst name if compared with the "sausage". The first time I arrived in the year, being completely young. I managed to live in a kibbutz, work at the factory, and work at the hotel by a waiter.

Then he returned to Moscow, where he took up his career. But then I had a goal, and now, the cause of the reason, you see, two different things. When some circumstances are pushing you, and you change the place of residence, then, of course, to look for yourself in a new place longer and more difficult. And now thousands of people go this way. This is not easy. And I would not say that Israel had to somehow meet us especially, because it is a country in which there are its traditions, laws, foundations.

The guys, the young comedians who arrived recently, have already made a rustle. There are several clubs in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem and several stand-up communities that constantly work not only on holding individual parties for the public.

They create YouTube content, they collect people for seminars, they hold very interesting meetings with the arrows of stand-up, which are now scattered around the world: from Kazakhstan and Georgia to Portugal and Spain. Russian -speaking comedians, everyone comes to Israel. Israel has become one of the sites on which they are glad, they can enjoy freedom of speech here.

To cure us from shock, which is sometimes caused by political cataclysms in our country? This is just a tool to diagnose some things in society. Humor is the fastest human reaction to the situation.
